BNC was born out of a desire to connect and collaborate with other brands in the natural channel. BNC is the branding label for all tinctures and events led by Rebecca Roberts.
While she was training to be a clinical herbalist, Rebecca at Backeast Natural decided to share her eclectic mix of experience based knowledge through elixir bars, herbal & fungal workshops and through taking on clients in a mentor-like role. Rebecca has also led an extensive career working in Marketing for Integrative Health.
Personally, Rebecca hopes to weave together herbalism, mycology and clinical work. Professionally, she sees that the world needs herbalists to be better trained in mycology and needs more mycophiles to be willing to seek a vitalist perspective when they are sick.
In her almost 9 years of working in the Natural Channel, she has seen that niche marketing channels within integrative health, natural foods, herbalism and the supplements industry need writers, content creators and brand strategists to support them. Interdisciplinary training is essential so that our marketers have specific industry knowledge to the products they’re working to market and sell.
